A few things to know.

Will the workspace tell me what to charge?

It calculates a price from your estimated time, costs, and target margin. It does not invent local rates or measure a building. You choose the final price after checking your walkthrough and operating costs.

How do I access my bids?

Open the private workspace link in your order email. Create bids online and return to your saved projects on another device. Review the scope, costs, price and proposal in your browser. Export or print a finished proposal only when you want to share your work with your customer.

What does the service include, and when is it delivered?

One ordinary office with up to eight areas, using your walkthrough notes, estimated task times, frequencies, costs, and approved customer price. We confirm scope before payment, then prepare the bid inside your online workspace. We email you when it is ready to review. Delivery is within 48 calendar hours after payment and complete, approved bid details.

One revision is included if requested within seven calendar days of delivery. We return it within 24 calendar hours of receiving the complete revision request. A different office or expanded scope is a separate job.

What if it isn’t useful?

Request a full refund before delivery or within seven calendar days after delivery. For the $399 service, the delivery date is when your prepared bid is ready to review in your workspace. If you use the service revision, the window extends to seven calendar days after revised delivery. No reason is required. We initiate eligible refunds within two business days to the original payment method. Your bank controls when the credit appears.

What does my purchase cover?

Your one-time purchase covers one business and its saved bid projects in the online workspace. You may edit and share the proposals and worksheets you create with customers and staff. You may not resell or redistribute the tool itself or offer it as a competing hosted service.

The workspace works in a modern browser and saves bids online. No subscription is required. Future features and integrations are not promised. Results depend on your inputs; no contract win or profit is promised. Keep private backups of important bids. Do not share your private access link outside your business. The service scope, delivery times, revision, and refund policy above apply. Office Bid Kit is operated by Keith Johnson. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Where do my details go?

The online workspace stores your bid details, task estimates, costs and chosen prices so you can reopen your projects. Only people with your private access link can open your workspace. Keep that link private. Website inquiries are stored to answer your request and provide any resulting service. Stripe processes payments. We store the order reference, buyer email and payment status to deliver purchases and handle support. Resend sends order emails. A question does not subscribe you to marketing.

With your permission, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits to our public pages, calculator use and confirmed inquiries. We exclude private workspaces, order pages, names, email addresses, bid details and form contents from analytics. Choose Allow analytics or Decline, and change your choice at any time using Cookie choices. How Google uses this information.

OpenAI provides our website hosting and AI tools used to prepare documents and handle support. We check prepared outputs before delivery. Send only information you are authorized to share. Do not send access codes, employee records, payment-card details, or confidential client information. To request help, a replacement access link, or deletion of your saved bid data, email support@officebidkit.com.
